Say What You Need To Say

He knows who he is, and all I have to say to him is I know you're still reading this blog. If you have something to say, then say it. If you don't want to talk to me anymore, then say so. If you wanted to let things cool off, then say it. Don't ignore me.

    He's Gone

Folks, I'm very sad to report this, but

I am still going to vote for him, though. I am going to grab the pen and write him in.

    Something personal

This is something personal that I need to blog about, because it's really bothering me.

There is someone that I talk to on a regular basis that I haven't spoken to in almost two(!) weeks. This is not normal for him at all. A week, maybe, but two is way too long.

You know who you are, and I know you're reading this, so please, message me, leave a comment here, anything. Just let me hear from you. Don't be afraid, I'm not mad at you, I'm just getting worried about you.

    Thank you.

    Here it goes...

A friend of mine asked if I would post it for him, to see if he really wants to get back into the blogosphere.

    Here goes nothing.

    A Letter from Michael Moore

“To All My Fellow Americans Who Voted for George W. Bush:
On this, the fourth anniversary of 9/11, I'm just curious, how does it feel?
How does it feel to know that the man you elected to lead us after we were attacked went ahead and put a guy in charge of FEMA whose main qualification was that he ran horse shows?

    That's right. Horse shows.

I really want to know -- and I ask you this in all sincerity and with all due respect -- how do you feel about the utter contempt Mr. Bush has shown for your safety? C'mon, give me just a moment of honesty. Don't start ranting on about how this disaster in New Orleans was the fault of one of the poorest cities in America. Put aside your hatred of Democrats and liberals and anyone with the last name of Clinton. Just look me in the eye and tell me our President did the right thing after 9/11 by naming a horse show runner as the top man to protect us in case of an emergency or catastrophe.

I want you to put aside your self-affixed label of Republican/conservative/born-again/capitalist/ditto-head/right-winger and just talk to me as an American, on the common ground we both call America.

Are we safer now than before 9/11? When you learn that behind the horse show runner, the #2 and #3 men in charge of emergency preparedness have zero experience in emergency preparedness, do you think we are safer?

When you look at Michael Chertoff, the head of Homeland Security, a man with little experience in national security, do you feel secure?

When men who never served in the military and have never seen young men die in battle send our young people off to war, do you think they know how to conduct a war? Do they know what it means to have your legs blown off for a threat that was never there?

Do you really believe that turning over important government services to private corporations has resulted in better services for the people?

Why do you hate our federal government so much? You have voted for politicians for the past 25 years whose main goal has been to de-fund the federal government. Do you think that cutting federal programs like FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers has been good or bad for America? GOOD OR BAD?

With the nation's debt at an all-time high, do you think tax cuts for the rich are still a good idea? Will you give yours back so hundreds of thousands of homeless in New Orleans can have a home?

Do you believe in Jesus? Really? Didn't he say that we would be judged by how we treat the least among us? Hurricane Katrina came in and blew off the facade that we were a nation with liberty and justice for all. The wind howled and the water rose and what was revealed was that the poor in America shall be left to suffer and die while the President of the United States fiddles and tells them to eat cake.

That's not a joke. The day the hurricane hit and the levees broke, Mr. Bush, John McCain and their rich pals were stuffing themselves with cake. A full day after the levees broke (the same levees whose repair funding he had cut), Mr. Bush was playing a guitar some country singer gave him. All this while New Orleans sank under water.

It would take ANOTHER day before the President would do a flyover in his jumbo jet, peeking out the window at the misery 2500 feet below him as he flew back to his second home in DC. It would then be TWO MORE DAYS before a trickle of federal aid and troops would arrive. This was no seven minutes in a sitting trance while children read "My Pet Goat" to him. This was FOUR DAYS of doing nothing other than saying "Brownie (FEMA director Michael Brown), you're doing a heck of a job!"

My Republican friends, does it bother you that we are the laughing stock of the world?

And on this sacred day of remembrance, do you think we honor or shame those who died on 9/11/01? If we learned nothing and find ourselves today every bit as vulnerable and unprepared as we were on that bright sunny morning, then did the 3,000 die in vain?

Our vulnerability is not just about dealing with terrorists or natural disasters. We are vulnerable and unsafe because we allow one in eight Americans to live in horrible poverty. We accept an education system where one in six children never graduate and most of those who do can't string a coherent sentence together. The middle class can't pay the mortgage or the hospital bills and 45 million have no health coverage whatsoever.

Are we safe? Do you really feel safe? You can only move so far out and build so many gated communities before the fruit of what you've sown will be crashing through your walls and demanding retribution. Do you really want to wait until that happens? Or is it your hope that if they are left alone long enough to soil themselves and shoot themselves and drown in the filth that fills the street that maybe the problem will somehow go away?

I know you know better. You gave the country and the world a man who wasn't up for the job and all he does is hire people who aren't up for the job. You did this to us, to the world, to the people of New Orleans. Please fix it. Bush is yours. And you know, for our peace and safety and security, this has to be fixed. What do you propose?

I have an idea, and it isn't a horse show.
    Yours,
    Michael Moore”

I said I would do my best to answer his diatribe, and I will. I don't need to hide behind lies like Mr. Moore, I am happy to answer in my own words.

How do I feel on the 4th anniversary of 9/11? Well, pretty good, had a barbeque, watched some glorious baseball. (GO Cubbies!!!!) Went to work out in the early morning quiet and took time to reflect on the lives lost due to extreme assholes flying planes into buildings.

How does it feel to know that the man you elected to lead us after we were attacked went ahead and put a guy in charge of FEMA whose main qualification was that he ran horse shows? Well President Bush formally nominated him as deputy director on March 22, 2002, and the Senate confirmed him many months later. Uh, so that would be the Senate, write, call 'em, go get 'em Mikey boy.

How do you feel about the utter contempt Mr. Bush has shown for your safety? Well, since I disagree that he has shown utter contempt, and would love to see your reasoning behind this, then I don't feel so bad. Come up with a reason for that statement and I'll answer.

Are we safer now than before 9/11? No, the same, maybe slightly better, some security is better than none. But the holes in security due to the open borders seem to negate everything else.

When you look at Michael Chertoff, the head of Homeland Security, a man with little experience in national security, do you feel secure? I always feel secure, pretty much. One would have to work as head of Homeland Security, to gain experience, right? He's fine. I kind of like him. I mean, He was confirmed in this position by the U.S. Senate on February 15, 2005, in a unanimous 98-0 vote.

When men who never served in the military and have never seen young men die in battle send our young people off to war, do you think they know how to conduct a war? Yes. Just because you haven't flown a plane doesn't mean you can't fly in one.

Do you think that cutting federal programs like FEMA and the Army Corps of Engineers has been good or bad for America? Well, no one has cut them Mikey Boy, they still exist. Learn to articulate. I am sure that almost every single federal program out there could do with some budget cutbacks. The problem wasn't FEMA not being there, or prepared it was Blanco's failure to get them there.

Do you believe in Jesus? Yes, he seemed like he might have been a nice guy. Anyone who goes and dies for me is good in my book.

My Republican friends, does it bother you that we are the laughing stock of the world? We sir would never be friends. You make me sick. Laughing stock? I wouldn't know, look in the mirror and ask yourself the same question.

Is it your hope that if they are left alone long enough to soil themselves and shoot themselves and drown in the filth that fills the street that maybe the problem will somehow go away? No, my hope is they stop shooting each other, stop soiling themselves, and stop drowning on the filth of their own making, and make something of themselves. Poverty has been an issue since mankind began. It's nothing new, and until those that suffer from poverty get tired of the suffering, then nothing will ever be done to solve the problem. You don't have to be rich, to be rich.

What do you propose? That people like you would fuck off. No, really, I propose that you stop blaming one man for every problem we face as a nation. That would be like saying you personally, with your bullshit about Kerry losing in November 2004; because that's not true, we all know it was he himself, Hollywood, and a non existent platform that caused that failure.

Mickey Boy, when you donate all your million of dollars to the poverty stricken poor of the world and spearhead a campaign to get rid of all the drug dealers, and crack whores and come up with a real plan to solve these issues, then I'll listen, until then, put down the fucking Big Mac, eat a f-ing carrot and try to make a movie where every other scene isn't spliced and diced to your own liking.

    Sweet Revenge

I find it funny, considering the fact that at the beginning of the year, the state of Illinois banned smoking in restaurants, bars, and other places of employment.

A German IT firm decided to only hire
  • smokers

  • The reason being?

Some non-smokers were threatening to disturb the peace because of the smokers.

I wish there were some companies that would do the same thing.

    Here's my list:

-I'm here in the good ol' USofA, where I can go to church without fear of being killed or beaten within an inch of my life.
-I came out of the accident I was in in March alive, and able to walk, drive, work, and have children.
-A wonderful boyfriend that I love to death, and that loves me.
-A great family that loves me, and (as much as they drive me crazy at times), that I love.
-The extended family that is my church, especially my pastor's little ones.
-My online friends, as weird as some of them may be.
-My best friend Barb, who encouraged me to join the military, and gets me out of the house once in a while.
-Having a job, and my physical needs being met (food, clothing, shelter).
-My contemporaries overseas, that are away from their loved ones so I can be able to do those things.
-Those veterans that have gone before me.
-Being able to read and write.

What The Hell Were They Thinking...

    When they
  • enlisted?

  • I know that no one likes the aspect of having to go to war and break things, but if someone goes in only for the college money (which I seriously could care less about-I only went to school at first to make my parents happy), then they should seriously reconsider enlisting.

What really got me was this:

"My personal opinion is the only way to stop desertions is to change the climate ... how they are living and doing what they need to do," said Wallace, adding that good officers and more attention from Army leaders could "go a long way to stemming desertions."

Do you really think that will work, sir?

If you ask me, what would really work is make an example out of each and every one of these cowards and give them a courts-martial in the field, then execute them.

It's not just me saying that, it's the punishment in accordance with the Uniform Code of Military Justice.

    I Forgot Again

Yesterday was Veterans Day (it's being observed today), but I think the comic strip below should sum up every American's feelings

I personally know many veterans: My dad (Army), my grandpa (Air Force), my pastor (Army), my godfather (Navy), my "adopted grandpa" (Marines), my best friend's husband (Marines, Army), another gentleman in my church (Marines), and a colleague (Navy).

To those men above, and those vets I don't know, I thank you for your service.

  • It looked like it was going to be a typically terrible season at first, but they got it together, and they are going to the playoffs.

    Great job, Cubbies.

I Meant to Post This Before

  • This just came to my attention again while chatting with my boyfriend.

I'm wondering how they got a hold of so much hydrogen peroxide without raising a red flag. I mean, no one can be that accident prone.

I'm also glad that I'm not stationed there right now.

    Well...

Tomorrow's the day that I've been waiting for.

    It's the day that

He will also be on Jay Leno tonight.

    What a Bunch of Whiners

It's really starting to get annoying.

  • New Orleans
  • is lagging behind Biloxi for one reason: Too many people expecting handouts from the government.

Mississippians and Alabamans aren't whining because they're too busy rebuilding their homes. Galvestonians were smart and got out of there before Katrina hit.

And if I hear the mantra that it's Bush's fault, I am going to scream, because it just isn't so.

Why didn't Nagin get off of his butt and get things rolling when the storm was about to hit? Why didn't Kathleen Blanco spend the money that was supposed to help get Louisiana up and running on that instead of on office furniture? I guess I should have expected it from them.

    Ticks me off.

    Wednesday, July 25, 2007

    Grrr...

First Fred! says that he's going to announce right after the 4th of July.

Then he says that he's going to hold off announcing until the middle of July.

    Now he's delaying it even
  • further

  • Enough of the teasing, just announce!!

    I Can't Believe This

A few weeks ago, the Senate tried to get a bill through that would have granted legal status to millions of criminals (aka illegal aliens).

The American people spoke, and it was shot down rather quickly.

However, rather than getting the message and dropping the damn thing like a lead balloon, they decided to get it through AGAIN. So once again, the American people hit the computers and phone lines and told them to knock it off with this stupid bill.

However, the Senate instead decided to
  • end debate and put it to a vote.

  • What I would like to know is where the hell they get off going against the wishes of the American people that ELECTED them and get this bill written in the first place.
  • Misha
  • has a list of the traitors that are determined to get this piece of crap through and send this country to Hell in a handbasket.

It looks like it's time we hit the reset button.

    Good News

I had court regarding my ticket in the car accident Monday. It got dismissed.

What I really thought was odd, though, was the kid that hit me showed up to court, but he refused to testify against me. I think he only went because his mom made him, as I saw who was apparently his mom there as well.

Of all the times to get hurt...

    ...why now?

Three weeks ago Friday (the 23rd), I got into a car accident. I got T-boned by a Chevy Cavalier while drving down Cicero Ave in Country Club Hills, IL. I was giving my neighbor Susan a ride to pick up her kids from daycare. We were both taken by ambulance to St James Hospital in Olympia Fields. My neighbor was released with only minor bruises. I, however, was admitted with a concussion and fractured pelvis. I spent one night in the intensive care unit, and the next night in a regular room, and was released that Sunday.

This is where it starts to get interesting.

The police officer that came on scene gave me a ticket for running a red light (I didn't run it, according to Susan) because that's what Cav driver told her. The fact that I don't remember what happened (concussion)won't help me much in court. As a result, I have court on the 23rd to clear this up. There was another witness, however, and he said that he just saw the accident, and didn't tell whether or not I had the green light. It makes me wonder, though, if the cop knew the guy who hit me and was cutting him a break.

Unfortunately, I can't work right now because of my fracture, so I have to bide my time until I can.

I Know Who Not to Bank With Now

    I can't believe a bank would do
  • this

  • I don't have a bank account, mainly because I'm happy dealing on a cash and carry basis (my military pay goes into my parents' bank account, which they use to pay for my bills, like car payment, insurance, and cell phone). Also, I never had an account with Bank of America because there weren't any branches near me. There was recently one opened in Tinley Park, and I now know that I will never have one with them because of this.

If you have an account with Bank of America, close it. If not, then don't get one in the first place.

    Name that Weapon

    An interesting-looking
  • weapon
  • has surfaced in Iraq, and no one can figure out what the heck it is.

So I pose a challenge to everyone-email me your ideas at rottweillercub84@comcast.net.
I will post your suggestions in a later post.

What the Hell is the Matter With This Guy?

Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean aren't Johnny Sutton's only victims.

    Sheriff's deputy
  • Guillermo "Gilmer" Hernandez
  • is also in jail for doing his job.

He fired shots at the tires of a car that was trying to run him over. One of them went off-target and hit the trunk, which hit an illegal alien the men were trying to smuggle in.

Texas Rangers and ATF do an investigation and clear him of any wrongdoing.

This is where it starts to sound just like the Ramos and Compean case.

The case got reopened after they tracked down the illegals involved, which once again, Sutton believed, and convicted and sent Hernandez to prison.

I don't know what this man's problem is, but he needs to be investigated and disbarred.

    Please, sign the petition at
  • Grassfire.org
  • to get yet another victim of this evil SOB pardoned, ASAP.

    Thank you.

How Insane Can These People Get?

    It looks like
  • polio
  • is making a comeback in Pakistan, as they believe that it's a plot to sterilize Muslims.

I am just amazed at how they care more about what the imams think then what doctors tell them, and their lack of concern for their children's health.

That's similar to what was stated in 2003 in Nigeria, which caused polio to spread to polio-free countries in a year and a half.

    I am just speechless.

The hits just keep on coming...

My blood pressure, which is already sky-high, has now gone into the stratosphere thanks to
  • this

  • I can't believe our government was intimidated by another country, which hates our guts, to prosecute these men for doing their jobs.

Granted, they didn't file the proper paperwork, but that was an internal matter for Border Patrol to have taken care of, which carried a max sentence of a five-day administrative leave.

I've said this before, and I'll say this again, go to
  • Grassfire.org
  • , sign the petitions and schedule the faxes to put pressure on Congress, the President, Attorney General, Department of Homeland Security, and US Attorney Johnny Sutton to pardon Ramos and Compean, as well as Deputy Gilmer Hernandez, and launch an investigation into the actions of DHS.

Also, pray for these men and their families. I have been doing so every night this week, and will continue do so.

    Pray without ceasing. 2Thes. 5:17

    Sunday, February 11, 2007

This just keeps getting worse and worse...

There is a grave injustice being done in this country right now.

It involves the case of two Border Patrol agents, Ignacio "Nacho" Ramos and Jose Compean.

There's a lot to say, but I'm just going to give you the highlights.

In February of 2005, there was an incident in El Paso, Texas, where Ramos and Compean were working. A drug smuggler, Osvaldo Aldrete-Davila, was running over 700 pounds of marijuana into the States. Compean claimed to see a shiny object in Davila's hand and Ramos fall down. He put two and two together and figured that his partner got shot. He started firing his weapon (by the way, the first time he had done so in his five years as a Border Patrol agent), and none of his shots were hitting.

Ramos finally shot at the smuggler and hit him in the buttocks.

Last year, the men were convicted of assault with serious bodily injury, assault with a deadly weapon, discharge of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence and civil rights violations. Despite the fact that three of the jurors felt compelled to vote guilty, the judge refused to grant them a new trial. In January, Ramos and Compean were told to start serving their sentences.

This is where it really starts to get bad.

    After
  • America's Most Wanted
  • aired a story on the men, Ramos was reportedly beaten by several other prisoners at 10PM Saturday night in a federal penitentiary in Yazoo City, Missisippi, where several illegals are serving jail terms. They had waited until he had fallen asleep to start kicking and beating him, all the while yelling "Kill the Border Patrol agent!". He has several bruises on his chest, neck, head, and back.

This ordeal enrages me, and I suggest that everyone go to
  • Grassfire.org
  • and sign a petition for President Bush to pardon, no, exonerate these men, and pray for Ramos and Compean's safety, as well as their families, and for their quick release and reunion with their families.

    In Case You're Wondering...

    Yes, I'm still alive.

I have been quite busy these days. I am no longer repoing, but I am back at UPS, which is great. I am also working a second job at Sports Authority in Matteson, where I'm a cashier. It's great there. It's hard on the feet, but it's fun.

Life is, well, interesting with my boyfriend. I haven't seen him in ages due to him working like a nut, and he's going through all this nonsense with the divorce. I hope that things get straightened out soon.

    Where do I begin?

The midterm elections were a farce, and now the Dhimmis have control. I hope that given the right Republican, Hillary will stay out of the White House forever.

Saddam Hussein won't live to see the New Year. Last month, he was found guilty of all charges and was sentenced to death by hanging. He is slated to be done away with by the end of the month. All I have to say about that is that I would love to be the person to hang the bastard.

Well, I'm off to bed, I'll see you later.

    Don't Mess with us Bloggers!!

That was the lesson learned from the

  • Murry Gunty saga

  • The reason you don't mess with bloggers is pretty simple: we will never let it go away quietly.

That is the tenacity of bloggers.

    Wednesday, September 13, 2006

    Well...

It's been a while since I last posted to this blog.

I've been busy, but I've also been lazy with this. The main reason is I just haven't felt like psoting anything to this site. I guess you could say that I've been going through a bit of a personal crisis. I had issues with medical bills being paid by the Army so I could go back to the doctor and get cleared to go back to work (despite me calling them and telling them on Monday, however, they won't even schedule and appointemnt with me until the check is cleared).

I have, however, been filling the void with doing annual training at my reserve unit, and working with a friend (he's a repo man, or as they are referred to today as, recovery agents). Yes, I am the last person you want to see in the middle of the night. I am the one that will tell you to clean out your car and hand me the keys because you haven't been making your payment, or because you took out a title loan and you didn't keep up with the payments, or you didn't pay for your car insurance and you have it on a loan. So, my readers, I am asking, no make that begging you to keep up with your payments of whatever it is that you need to, because if you live in the South Suburbs of Chicago, you will be seeing me at your front door if you don't.

I am now also going to school. I am now majoring in Information Technology, and my concentration is going to be in programming. I am taking classes on accounting, operating systems, and Visual Basic programming. Visual Basic is more of a challenge than I thought it was going to be, since I never took any programming classes before, but I think I'm going to survive. The operating systems class is an absolute breeze, though. I just do some stuff on the computer with a data disk I was given, and I just give answers based on what it does. The accounting class induces hair-pulling with me, as it is heavy in math (or rather, basically is math), and math and I were never friends. I'm just a shy dork that likes to fool around on computers and wants to get paid to do that.

Well, my attitude about the deal with the ceasefire between Israel and Hezbullshit is that it's, well, crap. If you ask me, Ehud Olmert should have just told the UN to fuck off and told the IDF to go nuts. Actually, he should have also sent some nuclear warheads over to Iran while he was at it. It would have killed tow birds with one stone. But you know what, all the ceasefire is going to do is give the both of them time to reload, and when Hezbollah does something stupid again, it's going to be even worse for them. About the kids held hostage over there, it's safe to say that they're both dead, or that their captors are dead, but more likely it's the former. What they really need is Netanyahu back in power. Maybe he will show the terrorists a thing or two.

Steve Irwin, the goofy Aussie known around the world as the "Crocodile Hunter", died last week while swimming too close to a sting ray and got stung in the heart. He was 44 years old. He is survived by his wife Terri, daughter Bindi Sue, and son Bob.

That's all I ahve to say right now. I promise I will update sooner than I have been.

"Why Do They Even Bother" of The Day Award

Some things just make you wonder "Why are they even bothering?"

  • This
  • is what's making me wonder why they're even bothering.

The man is a terrorist who doesn't want to eat, and they're force-feeding him with a tube. If I were in charge of things over there, I would just let him starve to death, or I would force-feed him bacon and sausage for breakfast, ham sandwhiches for lunch, and pork roast with chitlins for dinner. Yes, I know, I'm pure evil. Tell me something I don't already know.

Has the Public School System Gone Too Far?

A high school district in the People's Republic of Ill-Annoy
  • gave detention to students
  • .

    For posting stuff on blogs

    At home.

Granted, the stuff was illicit in matter, but where are the parents? If they were around, they probably wouldn't be doing that stuff. This is also why it is recommended that parents put the PC in common area, such as a den, living room, or family room. That is what my parents did when we first got a computer that could access the internet, as my sister and I were twelve and fifteen, repectively, at the time. They also set up rules about where to go and not go, and what to say and not say when talking to people online.

Granted, I have a computer in my bedroom, but I didn't get it until I was nineteen ( I will be twenty-two in October), and I bought it with my own money. Add to that, I was a legal adult at the time, and I have better sense than to do what they do. If anyone propositions me, or proposes to me online (that has actually happened to me once), I block their E-mails and instant messenger screen names.

    The Saga Continues...

The insanity that is the trial of Saddam Hussein and his co-defendants is finally getting under control due thanks to Maouf Abdel-Rahman.
  • Tariq Aziz
  • (aka "Baghdad Bob")took the stand yesterday in his PJ's to show how sick he is. He wants to go overseas to be treated for a heart ailment. However, prison officials say that he is getting adequate treatment.

Also, the same old stuff happened during the trial. They accused the court of being illegitimate, making the trial illegitimate, and that they shouldn't be there. The judge finally had enough of this and told them to knock it off, or, he'll have them thrown out. It got a guard to approach the defendant's pen for them to shut up.

I just hope the circus ends soon, and that Saddam and his crew will be found guilty of all the crimes he's accused of, and speedily executed.

Rope, tree dictator. Some assembly required.

    Tuesday, May 23, 2006

    Yes, I'm still alive

Just to let you all know,I haven't fallen off the face of the earth.

I am thinking about starting a podcast. I have downloaded Audacity, and I have a membership at podcasting site. I just need to get around to actually doing the damn thing.

  • Barb
  • is going to end blogging activities at Typepad and will move on to another free site. She is also going to be moving to St. Louis within the next month or two. In case you're wondering why, Mike quit his job as a railroader (he wanted to quit that job for the last eight years, and he finally reached his breaking point). So, fare thee well, Barb, and good luck in St. Louis.

I also broke up with Tim, and am dating a wonderful man. I have a hell of a lot more in common that I did with Tim, and I would like to see where it goes. Hopefully, this one will be the one that I can settle down and start a family with.

The semster is finally over at Prairie State!!! I am not going to be taking classes over the summer. Instead, I am going to see if I can't find a job, and focus on doing stuff with my reserve unit. I would also like to spend time with my boyfriend.

Right now, I am pissed off about the situation with the illegals. They are doing demonstrations left and right, demanding "rights" that they don't have. The only right that they have is to leave and not come back. Hopefully, Congress and President Bush will get their acts together and figure something out that doesn't involve amnesty. However, they did establish English as the national language, so that's one good thing they've got going. They also plan on using National Guard soldiers from the border states to help the Border Patrol. All I have to say is that they better be allowed to carry loaded weapons, in case the illegals decide to do pull some funny business.

The Cubs are also sucking ass right now. Derek Lee got hurt, and they just went downhill from there. They managed to salvage one game from the series against the White Sox, but they got a real whooping last night against the Marlins, 9-1
I'm supposed to be working right now, so I will get back to all of you later.

    New link

In case you haven't noticed, there's a new link in my blogroll. It's from the Free Iran blog.

The reason I put it there is very clear. The situation with Iran is escalating, and we need to help the Iranian people depose this lunatic that they have in power.

I hope we are able to nuke the crap out of wherever the hell this stuff is getting enriched, and be done with it.

I am so sick and tired

    ... of this
  • bullshit
  • !!!
I just don't get why there aren't any INS or Border Patrol agents at these things, arresting every single one them. If you ask me, the only right they have is to leave and not come back until they have their i's dotted and their t's crossed.

Now, before you start accusing me of being a xenophobe, I'm not. I'm fourth-generation Irish and German American, and damn proud of it. Immigrants are welcome to come here. All that we ask is that you get your paperwork in order before you come.

I have a friend who is trying to come to the States-legally. He applied for the Green Card Lottery, and he's not going to find out until next year whether or not he will be able to come. I can only imagine what he's going through, waiting to hear whether or not he can come here and enlist in the Army, which is the reason he's doing what he is doing.

Now, if only we had more prospective immigrants like that...

If This Doesn't Wake People Up...

    I don't know what will.

  • Mona Charen
  • at Townhall hit it right on the head with this column.

A fellow by the name of Matt Dubay, who is a 25-year-old computer programmer from Saginaw, Michigan, was rently ordered to pay $500 in child support for a duaghter he fatehr with is ex-girlfriend, who claimed that while they were together that she couldn't get pregnant.

Now, before you say "Pay up, you bum", chew on this; for years, feminists have ranted on and on about "reproductive rights", and that it's their body, etc, whereas men have been told that if you get a girl pregant, you should support the child.

Personally, I hope that he wins this suit.

As for myself, Tim knows what the consequences will be. We will get married, he will become a member of the church, and we will raise the baby together, if such a situation arose.

Dang, it's been over a month since I last blogged.

Well, Justice Sam Alito got confirmed without much of a fight.

  • Dick Cheney
  • also accidentally shot someone while hunting last weekend.

  • Muslims
  • have their abiyahs in a knot over some cartoons published by a Danish newspaper that 1) Depicted Mohammed, and 2) Showed him with a bomb for a turban. All right, I'd be pissed if someone made a bad cartoon about Jesus, but I woudln't start a riot over it.

On the personal side of things, I'm off from work until I get cleared from a orthodpedist about my knee (long story), I'm back in school, am debating about changing churches (I'm Lutheran, and I might become a Nazarene), and I have a boyfriend.

I'll keep updating more often, but until next time, behave.

    Planet of the Liberals?

    Townhall Opinion Alert columnist
  • Burt Prelustky
  • put it best today in his column.

Sometimes I wonder what it would be like to be a liberal, and to have self- righteous blowhards like Ted Kennedy, Robert Byrd and Charles Schumer, speaking for me. And then I wake up screaming.

That sums up what I think as well. Read the rest, it's well worth it.

    Idiot

    I just found out from
  • Lair
  • that I need to post on the picks INDIVIDUALLY in order for it to count. I also need to do it on the Dead Pool site.

Duly noted, and the round-up post has been deleted, as it was a waste of time.

For all the dads out there

I have a question to pose to you dads who read this blog; what do you do if your daughter decides to marry someone for love?

If you were normal, you might be mad if the guy is a "dirt bag", in your opinion, or overjoyed if you like your son-in-law.

    In Pakistan, though, you
  • murder
  • her, and possbibly any sisters she has.

    This just makes me sick.

I thought fathers were supposed to protect their daughters from this sort of thing, not kill them because they make you look bad.

I also thought the reason people get married are because they love eachother and want to spend the rest of their lives together, not because their parents micromanage every aspect of their lives.

For a while I joked about trying arranged marriage because I wanted to be settled down with a family by now, but I really despise it. I am not a big fan of the idea that who you are going to be spending the rest of your life with is decided as a child by your parents.

I guess that's just my evil Western attitude.

    Merry Christmas

    1. And it came to pass in those days, that there went out a decree from Caesar Augustus that all the world should be taxed.
2.(And this taxing was first made when Cyreneus was governor of Syria).
    3. And all went to be taxed, everyone into his own city.
    4. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazereth, into Judea, unto the city of David, which is called Bethelehem.
    5. To be taxed with Mary, his espoused wife, being great with child.
    6. And so it was, that, while they were there, the days were accomplished that she should be delivered
    7. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; for there was no room for them in the inn.
    8. And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night.
    9. And lo, the angel of the Lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shown round about them: and they were sore afraid.
    10. And the angel said unto them, "Fear not, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people.
    11. "For unto you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord.
    12. "And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger."
    13. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host, praising God and saying,
    14. "Glory to God in the highest, and on earth, peace, goodwill toward men".
    15. And it came to pass, as the angels were gone away from them into Heaven, the shepherds said one to another, "Let us now go even unto Bethlehem, and see this thing which has come to pass, which the Lord hath made know unto us."
    16. And they came with haste, and found Mary, and Joseph, and the babe lying in a manger.
    17. And when they had seen it, they made known abroad the saying which was told them, concerning this child.
    18. And all they that heard it wondered at those things which were told them by the shepherds.
    19. But Mary kept these things and pondered them in her heart.
    20. And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God, for all the that why had heard and seen, as it was told unto them.

    Luke 2:1-20 (KJV)

    Merry Christmas everybody!!!

    There's a reason I changed my major...

And this is just as good as any.

  • ="http://news.yahoo.com/fc/US/Church___State_Issues/">Teaching intelligent design
  • is now banned in public schools in Pennsylvania.

    Why?

    It's "unconstitutional".

    How?

It breeches the division between church and state.

Where in the Constituion was it? I don't see it anywhere. All I see is that there isn't any official religion.

For those of you wondering exactly what intelligent design is, it's basically the teaching that someone bigger than us made us.

    Well, duh.

For me, I'm a Creationist. I believe what is said in Genesis is exactly what happened. I was taught it in school (I went to a Christian school K-8, and was home-schooled through high school). I wanted to become a high school teacher, but decided to change over to business management.

    Now I'm glad I did.
  • A little late decorating

I decided to to a little late Christmas decorating, as evidenced by the nativity scene on the right side of my blog. I got it courtesy of
  • Jay
  • at Stop the ACLU.

I don't know about the rest of you guys, but it just isn't Christmas unless you see a Nativity scene somewhere. I remember across the street from my old church, one of the members that lived across the street always put theirs out, without fail, just after Thanksgiving, and put it back right around Epiphany, which is January 6. Anyhow, I just figured I should put it up.

    Uh oh...

It looks like one of my picks, Gerald Ford, is
  • in the hospital

  • Oh, but guess what?

Ford, 92, was admitted to Eisenhower Medical Center late Monday and was expected to be released Wednesday, spokeswoman Penny Circle said from Ford's Rancho Mirage office about 110 miles east of Los Angeles

Let's hope that he sticks around for at least another 18 days, 19 to be on the safe side.

I want to get at least one score this year.

    The Intifada is moving

It looks like the Intifadas that happened last month in France and Belgium have
  • moved Down Under

  • This is what happens when you ban private ownership of weapons, and when immigrants won't assimilate into their new society. So liberals, take note. Do you really want riots to happen? No? Then don't take away our weapons, for one thing.

    Leave to him...

Saddam is turning his war-crimes trial into
  • a three-ring circus

  • First, his lawyers drop like flies, then there's Ramsey Clark with his non-defense of "this whole thing is illegal", Saddam tells the judge to "go to hell", and now...

  • he decides not to show up

  • Here's the kicker as to why...

He hasn't gotten any clean underwear!!!

There are a few things that you can do about that.

Buy some more, wash what you have, or (the gross option) go commando.

Can't we just shoot him and get it overwith?

    Bloody surveys...

I got this food questionaire from
  • Elisson

    AMERICAN CHEESE or SWISS CHEESE?

PIE & ICE CREAM or CAKE & ICE CREAM?
    WHIPPED CREAM or CAKE FROSTING?
    HONEY or MAPLE SYRUP?

    Another year, another dead pool

    Today is December 1.

Do you know what that means?

    Time for another
  • Dead Pool
  • !!!

Yes, His Royal Crappieness, Laurence Simon, is accepting rosters for the 2006 Dead Pool.

This is going to be my first year on the Dead Pool, so it should be interesting to see how long it takes for somebody on my roster to die.

    Here's how it works:
-You pick fifteen people. They must be human, and at least eighteen years old. The best picks would be ones who are old, in failing health, are living too close to the edge, or you just plain hate.
-Throughout the year, you watch to see who dies.
    -You win prizes!!
-You must blog about these people at least once a month.

If you are blogging, and are interested, click on the link above.

One score and one years ago today...

Another Annoying Little Twit came into the world!!!
Twenty-one years ago today, at 6:30 A.M, I was born by Caesarian section at West Suburban Medical Center in Oak Park, Illinois. Two weeks later, I was baptized Jennifer Leah Clark at Emmaus Lutheran Church in Chicago.

I will be celebrating with my best friend, Barb (a.k.a,
  • annoyinglittletwerp
  • at an Irish pub in downtown Chicago. I am not going to get crazy, and yes, I will eat something. I may be reletively new to drinking, but I am not stupid.

    Well, well, well

A lot of people questioned my decision to
  • root for the Angels
  • in the playoffs.

All I have to say is
  • WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?????

  • Yes, the Angels tied up series Wednesday night, beating the Bronx Buffoons 5-3.

I just hope Randy Johnson has a bad night and they walk all over him.

Let's break out the rally monkeys and win it all, like we did three years ago.

    GO ANGELS!!!!

    Happy Days Are Here!!!

    John Roberts is now
  • Chief Justice Roberts
  • . The Senate voted to confirm him 78-22. The naysayers included the regular suspects (Boxer, Durbin, Kennedy, Kerry, Obama, Schumer).

Hopefully, this will turn things around (meaning, Roe v. Wade among other things) and get the SCOTUS to clean up their act.

I can hardly wait for him to get to work.

    It's Gotten Worse

    Rita has been
  • uprgraded to a Catergory 4
  • and is paced to make landfall on the southwestern coast of Texas (Houston, Galveston, et al) Friday night.

My advice to everyone in the area; pack up what you need to (clothes, hygeine items, medicines, any pet needs, etc) and get the hell out of there.

    NOW.

    And
  • Laurence
  • , this means you as well.

I Am At a Loss Right Now

I don't know what to say about these, these... I don't know what to even call them.

  • Alan
  • has the scoop on these shits for brains, saying that our brave men and women who got wounded and are recovering at Walter Reed are getting maimed and killed for Halliburton.

Frankly, I want to grab my M-16A2 and tell them exactly what I think about every single one of them. Not to kill them, mind you, just make them run for their lives.

    Something personal

I have a friend who is on his way to Kuwait as we speak. His name is Senior Airman (soon to be Staff Segeant)Brian Struc. He is in the Illinois Air National Guard, testing airplane parts to ensure their safety and that none of the pilots crash.

His orders say that he is going to be there for sixty days, which means that he will be coming home (hopefully) in October, sometime around my birthday (my birthday is the twelfth, so that would be the best birthday present I could get, I think.).

In the meantime, all I am asking of all of you is that you keep Brian in his prayers, if you are the type to do so. Heaven knows I am. I just want him to get there safe, get done what he needs to get done, and then get home safe.

That is all. I will get to posting something of substance when I have the time and in the mood to do so.

    Happy Birthday Dad!

Today is my dad's birthday. He is turning 62 today.

Let me tell you a little bit about my dad. William Boyd Clark (or Bill, as most people know him) was born in 1943 on the West Side of Chicago, the fifth of nine children, and the last to marry, oddly enough. He was almost eleven months old on D-Day, and two years old the last time the Cubs won the pennant. His mom, Clara, was a second generation German-American (her parents, Herman and Augusta Schliebe, came over at the turn of the 20th century and settled in South Dakota). His dad, Hillery, was of Irish and English heritage.

He got drafted into the Army in 1965, and served as a parts specialist until 1967 (yes, he spent some time in Vietnam). After he got out, he got a job at Howell Tractor, and has worked their ever since, with the exception of a brief time off in Oregon between 1989 and 1991 (I'll explain that to you another time).

He married my mom, Patricia, on October 17, 1981. He was 38, and my mom was almost 24 (her birthday was nine days later). He had to have an operation in order for me and my little sister, Roberta, to be here. He had it, and was an overjoyed father when I was born on October 12, 1984, and my sister Christmas Day of 1987.

He is really old-fashioned, which drives me crazy at times. He also is the one who nearly hit the roof when I told him I was going to enlist, but was also the first one to greet me with a coat when I came home for good after finishing my training. He was also the one who, when I returned home late, spent most of the night searching for me, and then going to the police station to see if I had gotten into a crash and wasn't able to call them.

I found out an alarming statistic the other day. Less than half of all kids today live in a household where the father is present. In a lot of ways, I am lucky to have him.

Above is a picture of me with him that was taken sometime during the summer of 1985. Nothing big, just a picture of a daddy and his little girl on a summer day.

So, again, happy birthday Dad. I love you.

    This Makes Me So Mad

This just angers me so much. A San Francisco police officer lies in a hospital bed in serious condition with brain swelling and a blood clot because of some anarchist thugs. I got the scoop from
  • Michelle Malkin

  • I hope that his condition is improving, and that if he dies as a result of his injuries (God forbid), these imbeciles get charged with second-degree murder.

I just have to post about this

If you haven't heard already, there have been not one, not two, not three, but
  • four
  • bombings in London. The final numbers are 40 dead, and 360 are wounded.

Boy, I tell you, I am just shaken up about this. I had just woken up when I heard about this, and am not on right after I wake up (in fact, I am a weary-looking mess right before I have my coffee), so I was more like "Huh?" right after I turned on the T.V., but after I got some caffeine into my system, I was in shock, and then angry with some jackass on Michael Medved, saying that we were asking for it, calling us "Little Britain", and saying that despite being born and brought up here, that he was not a United States citizen. It's people like this who tick me off, and the reason I went into the Army in the first place- to fight and kill people like this.

    Late 4th of July Post

    "America"

    My country 'tis of thee
    Sweet land of liberty
    Of thee I sing
    Land where my fathers died
    Land of the pilgrims' pride
    From every mountainside
    Let freedom ring!

Hope everybody had a great Fourth of July and didn't get too drunk or lose too many body parts from the fireworks.

    Trying to get caught up

    Well, hello there.

Sorry I have been so negligent in blogging, but I have had a few things to do, speeches to get ready, and working and working out to do. Yes, I am going to school in the summer, I have to if I want to get my degree some time this century.

Anyway, to get you caught up...

Edloe, the giant grumpus who Laurence Simon adored,
  • passed away
  • Tuesday at the age of thirteen. She is greatly missed by the Simons and those in the blogopshere who had the opprotunity to get to know her through the blog.

Sandra Day O'Connor, the first woman to ever be appointed to the United States Supreme Court,
  • retired
  • yesterday. She served for over twenty years.

Shasta Groene, one of the children from Idaho who was abducted about six weeks ago,
  • was found alive and well
  • at a local Denny's restaurant today. They fear that her brother, Dylan, may be dead.

Wednesday was a horrible day, as far as both work and school were concerned. My political science professor went on this long "Bush-dictator-oil-Haliburton" (as I like to think of them) the flames of which were fanned by the students, then at work I was in this stupid load that I swear wanted me dead (there were a lot of unstable walls of packages).

Well, anyway, I have to get a few things done, so I shall try to post another time.

    :::Summoning Rush Limbaugh::::

Hey, I recently discovered a tool to help get traffic to your blog. It's called
  • Blog Explosion
  • I've got a banner on the right. If you want to get more traffic to your blog (and who doesn't?) click on the banner and get it started. That's all you have to do. Then you visit sites that are members to get credits and post banners to refer others, aking them members. This will help you to advertise on your blog, and then get even more traffic.

Anyhow, get your tails over there, and sign up to get more hits on your blog.

    :::Rush Limbaugh off:::

A couple things to put out

First, Dick Durbin is officially an asshat. He recently referred to our brave men and women in the armed forces as
  • Nazis
  • .

Excuse me? I am in the service, and I know I haven't been in Iraq and I have only been in for a year, but I don't remember herding any so-called "undesirables" (Jews, Poles, Russians, Gypsies, intellectuals, dissidents, handicapped persons, and homosexuals) to places like Auschwitz, Bergen-Belsen, Treblinka, or Dacau. This guy is supposed to be representing my state. All he seems to be doing is making a complete ass of himself.

This man is one of the reasons that I want to get out of the People's Republic of Ill-Annoy. As my friend Barb (a.k.a annoyinglittletwerp)put it, a bottle cap can be put on the ballot and win if it says "Democrat" by their name (or some words to that effect).

Second, I'm looking into doing the
  • Blogathon
  • I will have the day off from work and I don't have drill that weekend, so I son't think it will be a problem. I will probably just be looking for stuff and bloga bout that and have the proceeds benefit my church, the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer.

    Two things

I have two things to get out here...

First, Wacko Jacko was cleared of all ten charges levied against him. I was hoping he would at least been convicted on at least one count of giving minors alcohol (he ADMITTED to giving them "Jesus juice" for crying out loud!!), but I guess you could now call him the "Teflon Pedophile".

Next, today is Flag Day and the
  • 230th birthday of the United States Army
  • (can I hear a giant HOOAH out there?) Yes, Old Glory has been flying proudly over the land of the free and the home of the brave and men and women have been given the chance to be all that they could be for 230 years.

Tell me something I don't know

I found out something that I already knew, but just had confirmed to me yesterday:
  • JOHN KERRY DID TERRIBLE IN SCHOOL!!!

  • Gee, that picture isn't all that flattering. He looks like he was either taking a crap or drunk.

What Will They Think of Next?

There has to be something in the water in the land Down Under. I got the scoop from
  • Stanley
  • over at Barking Moonbat EWS that there are going to be some Koran-destroying toilets popping up over in Sale, Victoria, Australia. Go over there to check it out.

    I'm sad and angry

All right, now I'm really depressed. I finished my history final a couple of hours ago. Which means NO MORE FUN ON TUESDAYS AND THURSDAYS!!!!! WAAAAAH!!! I really did have fun in that class. Say what you will about my crush from hell, but I really am a history nut.

Also, I had to go to Fort McCoy over the weekend. I shot a lot of rounds, and did what we call WTT (Warrior Task Training). It was mostly just doing stuff like dealing with the media, treating a casualty suffering from shock, and maintaining an M-16. That stuff was easy.

Now on to some news. I am really ticked about the whole bullshit about
  • Newsweek
  • The reason should be sort of obvious. They made up a stupid story about interrogators flushing a copy of the Koran down a toilet in order to break insurgents.

For one thing, that just ain't possible without having to call the plumber and getting a huge bill, as
  • Frank Salvato
  • learned in an experiment.Secondly, they made it up without knowing who the source was. I was a one-time aspiring journalist, and I think that is the MOS that I'm going to relcass to (I'll get to that in a minute), and once thing I learned from doing reports and all that is that if you don't where you information about something, you don't inlcude it.

Now on to me reclassifying. That means, in other words, changing your MOS (Military Occupational Specialty- in other words, your job in the Army, in this case). I have to change it because my current one, Administrative Specialist (secretary, in other words) is being phased out, and being changed to a civilian occuapation.

    FUN! FUN! FUN!

I'm just recovering from last night. Barb (aka annoyinglittletwerp)and yours truly went to go see U2 live at the United Center last night. It was a blast, just like it was when I went on October 15, 2001, on the last leg of their Elevation Tour. Well, I must say they've done it again with the Vertigo Tour. Even though so much about me has changed between then and now (I'm going to college, I've gone through two lackluster jobs, and I've joined the Army), they still made me feel like I did four years ago, like a giddy seventeen-year-old kid. It's a wonderful feeling, despite being exhausted (I didn't get back home until 1 A.M., and I had class at 8 A.M. the next morning) and my ears and my knee still hurting (from the loud music and standing so long). I'll put up the setlist when I am able to jog my memory a bit more.

Well, in other news, finals is upon us, and I just know I'm going to be depressed after the history final (I had fun, believe it or not, in that class). With the other two, I'm just going to be grateful it's all overwith.

    Show your true colors

    My good friend
  • Laurence Simon
  • made is opinion known on Operation Iron Fist, and now I am making mine known.

Unles some of you don't know, I'm in the Army Reserve. There's a certain pride that comes with being in the service. Pride in your unit, pride in your battle buddies, pride in your branch of service (Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Coast Guard), and pride in your country. These subhuman pieces of dirt show nothing but shame an cowardice when they have these masks on. Soldiers are supposed to show pride in the above and courage in the face of danger. These guys don't.

    A Song for You

How's everybody's day been going? Hope everyone had a good weekend.

Here's one of my favorite songs of the new U2 album, How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

    "Miracle Drug"

I want to trip inside your head
    Spend the day there
To hear the things you haven’t said
And see what you might see

I want to hear you when you call
Do you feel anything at all
I want to see your thoughts take shape
    And walk right out

    Freedom has a scent
Like the top of a new born baby’s head

The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I’ve seen enough, I’m not giving up
    On a miracle drug

Of science and the human heart
    There is no limit
There is no failure here sweetheart
    Just when you quit

I am you and you are mine
    Love makes nonsense of space
    And time will disappear
Love and logic keep us clear
Reason is on our side, love

The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I’ve had enough of romantic love
I’d give it up, yeah, I’d give it up
For a miracle drug, a miracle drug
    A miracle drug

Oh God, I need your help tonight

    Beneath the noise
    Below the din
    I hear a voice
    It’s whispering
    In science and in medicine
    I was a stranger
    You took me in

The songs are in your eyes
I see them when you smile
I’ve had enough of romantic love
I’d give it up, yeah, I’d give it up
For a miracle drug, for a miracle drug

    Miracle, miracle drug

    Here's what's up...

All right it's been about five years since I posted (not quite, but close), so I am going to update you on what's been going on...

I got a C on that blasted paper on The Shawnee Prophet and got an A n a more recent history test.

I am looking for a new job since my boss seems to think that I'm a 90-pound weakling that is only good for toting smalls and working the rerun belt.

I finally decided on the subject taht I'm going to teach- HISTORY!!!

Terry Shiavo passed away after being starved to death. Her body was cremated and her ashes were buried in Philly.

Pope John Paul II died. His successor is Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger, who's papal name is Pope Benedict XVI.

The Cubs are 8-8, and Nomar Garciaparra is out with a pulled groin muscle. I'll update you on when he'll be back.

    The Master Has Sold Out

It looks as though Frank J. is going on hiatus from blogging. He sold the URL to a Korean company, and I guess they gave him a very good deal for it.

  • Sarah K
  • has the details.

In other news, Terri Shiavo has passed away, after 13 days of being without food and water. She was 41. Her body is going to be cremated and buried in Philadelphia. However, her "husband" did grant an autopsy to be done. Maybe we will now see how badly he abused her.

Update: APRIL FOOLS!!!! He didn't sell out after all.

    It happened

I knew it was going to happen!!!!
  • Frank J
  • proposed to Sarah K and she said yes!!!! A date hasn't been set yet, as it just happened two days ago. God bless and good luck to the happy couple.

I hope everyone had a happy Easter. It was kind of weird this year as We didn't get up long before dawn to go to church for sunrise service and have Easter breakfast like we did at Gloria Dei. Oh, did I mention that while I was gone, Gloria Dei imploded? Yeah, while i was in basic training, there was a falling out among a lot of the members involving my friend Victoria's wedding due to the fact that it was perfomed at a different church by a different pastor (big no-no) and that Victoria told our pastor that she would go wherever her husband did (another big no-no). I didn't find out all the details, however, until my aprents came down to South Carolina for my graduation. As a result of all this, my parents were among the many who made the exodus from Gloria Dei to the Lutheran Church of the Redeemer (a small congregation that my parents and I belonged to at one time and that my pastor, who resigned from Gloria Dei, is a vaccancy pastor at). We had church at ten and that was it pretty much. Really weird.

    Sorry I'm so behind....

Hey, I've been busy for the last month or so. I have school, work, drill (moments of sheer boredom accentuated by more moments of sheer boredom), and other concerns. I have a paper on The Shawnee Prophet to work on for my history class, been suffering from a crush from hell on same professor, and a project for psychology among other things.
On March 19, the Chicago chapter of Protest Warrior will be hitting the streets of Chicago to show moonbats how wrong they are. We will also be welcoming radio talk show host Michael Medved (known to me and the Twerp as simply "The Medved" *bows*). He will be making an appearence at a local college to sign copies of his book , Right Turns, among other things. So yeah, I'm gonna be busy for a while.

You guys have to check this out

I got this in an e-mail from Right March. It's a video from a band called The Right Brothers. It is absolutely wonderful.

  • I Want to Live

  • I'm thinking of buying this CD, if only I had the money, but things are a little tight right now as I have just gotten a new car.

I'm back for good this time

Well, guess what? I'm back-for good now. I graduated from Advanced Individual Training (AIT) on January 21st and arrived back in Chicago that day. I attended my first drill Feb 05 and 06th at Parkhurst Reserve Center in Darien,Illinois. All we did was give classes and got shown around the place. The most exciting thing that happened to me that weekend was that I fell asleep at the wheel on my way home from drill Saturday night (I'm okay, I swear to God). I start classes on February 14th, and I went back to work at UPS.

Now on to some news. This Ward Churchill guy is starting to piss me off. First he says that the people who died in the WTC, Pentagon, and Shanksville,Pennsylvania are not "innocent" and that we need more 9-11's, then he continually lies about being an Indian (YOU'RE NOT AN INDIAN, GET OVER IT!!!), thenhe says that he wants America off the planet!!!

You know what? THis guy is just asking for me to demonstrate some unarmed combatives on him. Not only for that, but also for desecrating the name of one of the best statesman the world has ever known- the late British Prime Minister Winston Churchill.

    I"ve Returned (briefly)

Hey, remember me? I'm back, for a while (on leave for Christmas). I arrived in O'Hare International Airport in Chicago on Monday morning. I've just enjoyed the past few days with my family (mom, dad, sister, and the best of all MY GRANDPA!!!!). I am also reveling at home about the re-election of George Walker Bush, the gaining of four more seats in the Senate and four more in the House of Reps, the fact that Tom Daschle is gone (na na na na na, na na na na na, hey hey hey, good-bye), and enjoying the new U2 album (listening to it right now). Anyway, a Merry Christmas to everyone and a Happy New Year as well (or Hanukkah, Kwanza, or whatever you all celebrate). I will be back after January 21st, which is when I'm supposed to graduate AIT.
