Happy Days Are Here!!!
John Roberts is now Chief Justice Roberts . The Senate voted to confirm him 78-22. The naysayers included the regular suspects (Boxer, Durbin, Kennedy, Kerry, Obama, Schumer).
Hopefully, this will turn things around (meaning, Roe v. Wade among other things) and get the SCOTUS to clean up their act.
I can hardly wait for him to get to work.
