What the Hell is the Matter With This Guy?

Border Patrol agents Ramos and Compean aren't Johnny Sutton's only victims.

is also in jail for doing his job.

He fired shots at the tires of a car that was trying to run him over. One of them went off-target and hit the trunk, which hit an illegal alien the men were trying to smuggle in.

Texas Rangers and ATF do an investigation and clear him of any wrongdoing.

This is where it starts to sound just like the Ramos and Compean case.

The case got reopened after they tracked down the illegals involved, which once again, Sutton believed, and convicted and sent Hernandez to prison.

I don't know what this man's problem is, but he needs to be investigated and disbarred.
